- Do my customers stay mine?
- Yes. Lumeris does not replace the relationship between a dive center and its divers. It helps you manage your work better and build an even stronger bond with the people who dive with you.
- Do divers need to use the app?
- No. You can use the software even with divers who don't have a Lumeris account yet. When they choose to sign up, their profile and dive history can be linked automatically.
- How do I manage waivers and liability forms?
- Upload one or more waivers and liability forms as PDFs, just once. Divers who book a dive find them in your center's listing and in the trip preview, so they can download and fill them in before arriving. You can update, replace or remove them at any time.
- Can I manage my dive sites?
- Yes. You can link the spots where you regularly take divers to your center, verify them and use them to create new trips. The info gathered also helps make each listing more complete and useful for the community.
- How much does it cost?
- During the beta Lumeris is free for dive centers too. The first centers that take part help build the product with their feedback and will get dedicated terms when the professional version launches.
