Lumeris provides tools for dive centers (trip management, roster, contacts) and divers (digital logbook, trip booking). The service is in beta: features, availability and data may change. We do not guarantee continuous uptime or error-free operation.

We do not process online payments: any fees between divers and centers remain outside the platform unless agreed directly between the parties.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. A dive center account is personal to the registered owner; do not share access with unauthorised third parties.

You may not use Lumeris for unlawful activity, spam, malware, unauthorised access attempts or automated harvesting of others' data.

Self-registered centers can use CRM tools immediately; the public directory listing may stay under review until verified by Lumeris.

Claims on existing listings require admin approval. Lumeris may reject or suspend centers that breach these terms or appear inauthentic.

You remain responsible for content you upload (descriptions, documents, photos, dive data). Do not upload material you do not have rights to.

Lumeris does not replace dive training, the center's safety procedures or local regulations. Operational decisions (certification compatibility, weather, equipment) remain the responsibility of the dive center and the diver.

To the extent permitted by law, Lumeris is not liable for indirect damages, data loss due to external causes or beta service interruptions. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest revision. You can close your account by writing to hello@flbanca.it; we will retain only what is required by law.
